At this time, we currently do not accept outside orders.
What order do monograms go in?
Monograms are typically placed in first, LAST, middle initial order. For example, if your name was Amy Grace Smith, your monogram would be aSg in that order, with the larger initial (your last initial) placed in the center.
When ordering, please put the initials in the order that you would like to be placed on the item.
What is your turnaround time?
Our current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, but please allow more time for busy seasons like Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our shipping time is 1-5 days depending on how far you are from us! We are located in Dayton, Ohio - so the closer you are, the faster you will receive your item!
How do I wash my ___?
For embroidered items, wash in cold with like colors and hang dry or dry on delicate. For vinyl items, hand wash inside out and hang dry only!
Can I have ___ without a monogram?
Absolutely! The price is the same, just enter XXX in the monogram box - this will let our monogrammers know not to embroider your item!
Do you work with influencers, YouTubers, bloggers, etc.?
It depends. Email us at email@example.com with a brief summary of what you do, basic statistics, and your social media handles and we will get in contact with you!
Do you offer bulk discounts?
For parties ordering 10+ items of the same product (10 suspenders, 10 shirts - not 5 suspenders + 5 shirts) email us at firstname.lastname@example.org! We would love to see what we can do!
Are pockets sewn shut on pocket tee products?
How does sizing run?
We include a size chart on each item to help you decide which size will be best for you! Whip out your tape measure, and measure yourself for accurate fittings of all products.
Do you have a storefront?
You're here right now! We do not currently have a brick and mortar store, currently just our website!
Can I return ___?
No - due to the personalized nature of all of our products, we do not accept returns. We strongly recommend double checking your order before submitting it as we cannot go in and change any info after your order has been submitted. We also recommend using the size charts to determine which size is best, as well as asking any questions about products before ordering.
What if my monogram is wrong?
We are human, and while it doesn't happen often, sometimes we embroider the wrong initials. If your initials are incorrect, just email us within 7 days and we will sort it out with you and make it right. Your happiness is our number one concern! Please note, we will monogram your item in the exact order you list - so make sure to list it in the order you want monogrammed! If your package or item arrived damaged, again please contact us within 7 days and we will sort it out with you at our discretion, as well as figure out shipping costs/ refunding at our discretion.
**If you contact us about your order after 7 days, we will be unable to refund or replace your order.**
Can I cancel my order?
We cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled after you place it with Amy Grace Monograms. We process orders immediately after orders are placed. If you would like to cancel your order, email us at email@example.com immediately and we will see what we can do.
